Jacob Schumm

I began my career in the construction industry eight years ago as a carpenter, gaining hands-on experience across all phases of a project—from pouring foundations to installing the final ceiling tile. After five years in the field, I transitioned into a project management role, where I now apply that practical knowledge to lead projects more effectively.

I graduated from Purdue Fort Wayne with a degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision (OLS). Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outside playing golf, grilling, and being with family.
